Kathleen Winch, President of Hearthstone Central Management, is a member of the New Jersey Chapter
of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), earning both the Certified Manager of Community
Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations.
Kathleen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
